President & CEO, Co-Founder
Originally from Lansing, Illinois, Justin moved to Crown Point, Indiana at age 7. When he wasn't running around or playing baseball, Justin could be found playing with Legos and Lincoln Logs. While at Crown Point High School, he developed a passion for architecture and design. In 2012, Justin graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Architecture.In 2013 he co-founded the Break Room with Lemmy Saylor. At the Break Room, he is nicknamed "The Idea Guy" because of his innovative design strategies. He is the head designer within the company, as well as the organizer of company picnics.
He is a big Chicago sports fan, still waiting for the Cubs to finally win the World Series. In his spare time, Justin can be found at the gym working out or playing ultimate frisbee.
Lemmy SaylorVice President, Co-Founder
Born and raised in the small town of Burnettsville Indiana, he learned from an early age how important creativity is. When you live in such a small town, often times one must rely on creativity and good old ingenuity to make it through the day. Lemmy graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Telecommunications in 2011.
Co-founding the Break Room with Justin Krajci, he began implementing electronic communications and social media for the company's use. He is in charge of electronic communication and integration within the company, as well as acts as speaker of the board.
He enjoys long walks on the beach, and a fine selection of Jimmy Buffet. His Hobbies include film post-production, table-top strategy games, and taking in a variety of cinema.
